This role involves executing test protocols, documenting results, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.\u00a0<\/p>","duties_and_responsibilities":"<ul><li>Assemble intricate production- and experimental-stage device configurations.\u00a0<\/li><li>Execute comprehensive testing protocols and conduct evaluation of products in support of product development, qualification, and design verification with little to moderate oversight.<\/li><li>Thoroughly document results and clearly communicate testing conclusions and anomalies to the Engineering team.<\/li><li>Maintain organization of R&D pilot build areas and accurately document interactions with a complex inventory system.<\/li><li>Evaluate test procedures to identify inefficiencies and improve test reliability and reproducibility.<\/li><li>Seek clarification and actively engage in discussions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.<\/li><li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Production, Warehouse\/Receiving, and Quality.<\/li><li>Ensure the highest possible product quality and adherence to the Lexington Medical quality system.<\/li><li>Assist with production operations during periods of low R&D activity.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><p>Physical Requirements:\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>Ability to manipulate small hand tools and assemble small mechanical components.\u00a0<\/li><li>Ability to regularly lift\/move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift\/move up to 25 pounds.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>","qualifications":"<ul><li>High school diploma \/ GED and 2+ years of relevant experience, or relevant vocational technical school diploma \/ associate\u2019s degree.\u00a0<\/li><li>Proficiency\u00a0with lab test equipment, including calipers, dial & gauge indicators, tensile\/compression test systems, and optical metrology systems preferred.<\/li><li>Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.<\/li><li>Strong verbal\/written communication skills.<\/li><li>Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.<\/li><li>Ability to organize work and judge priorities\u00a0in accordance with\u00a0direction from multiple teams.<\/li><li>Demonstrated ability to take direction and reliably report findings.<\/li><li>Proficiency\u00a0in office software, including Word and Excel.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><p><br><\/p>","age_requirement":"17+","is_paid":"1","is_private":"0","type":"Full-time Employment","opportunity_type_id":{"id":"70","name":"Full-time Employment"},"employer":"Lexington Medical","logo_path":"employer_logos\/5731.png","address_1":"23 Crosby Drive","address_2":null,"city":"Bedford","state":"MA","zip":"01730","company_overview":"<p><span style=\"color: rgb(47, 46, 46);\">We are a Boston-based medical device company that manufactures minimally invasive surgical stapling solutions.
